Job Title:

Team Manager

This is a leadership role in which the candidate will supervise team members, ensuring work and attendance monitoring in accordance with organizational policy and applicable legal requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to mentor and coach team members.

A highly motivated individual with experience in Operations Matrices like Attrition, Shrinkage, CSAT, NPS, SLA is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise team members on day-to-day activities.
  • Coach team members to achieve consistent high-performance delivery monthly.
  • Identify and address performance-related issues, develop action plans for improvement, and implement corrective action.
  • Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs' and financial expectations.
  • Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to expedite communication of relevant information and schedule team activities.
  • Stay current on internal work processes, policies, and procedures; attend manager development training.
Requirements:
  • Highly motivated individuals with leadership skills to develop and coach team members to meet performance expectations.
  • Ability to lead team members, multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to team members.
