User Acquisition Specialist

About a Mobile Game Development Company:

We're a leading developer of casual mobile games with a global presence. As we expand our portfolio, we're seeking a User Acquisition Specialist to drive profitable growth through targeted advertising and smart budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, and Unity Ads.
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and ensure every dollar invested translates into measurable revenue.
  • Analyze deep-funnel metrics, such as payer conversion, ARPU, and LTV, to inform strategy and adjust accordingly.
  • Run creative testing and iterate on high-performing ad types, including video, static, and playable ads.
  • Collaborate with product teams to optimize monetization strategies, improve funnel efficiency, and boost LTV.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in user acquisition for casual mobile games or performance marketing with a strong focus on ROAS.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns, and rewarded video networks.
  • Track record of scaling UA while maintaining positive unit economics.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, cohort models, CAC/LTV analysis, and predictive ROAS models.
  • Familiarity with attribution platforms and key metrics, such as ARPU and ARPDAU.

  • Experience with Facebook Instant Games and optimizing HTML5 campaigns.
  • Background in game monetization and live ops.
  • Ability to brief and evaluate creative teams with a performance-first mindset.
