Cloud Data Solutions Architect

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Data Solutions Architect to spearhead the development and implementation of data solutions using Microsoft Fabric.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Azure Data Platform (ADF, Databricks, Synapse) and at least 1 year in MS Fabric projects.

  • Design and oversee the architecture of Microsoft Fabric solutions, including integration with Power BI, Synapse, Data Factory, and other Azure services.
  • Lead a team of data engineers, BI developers, and analysts in delivering scalable and secure data solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft Fabric features, updates, and industry trends to recommend improvements.
  • Define and implement data ingestion, transformation, and storage strategies leveraging Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, and Real-Time Analytics.
  • Establish data governance, security, and compliance frameworks within Microsoft Fabric.
  • Monitor and optimize data pipelines and queries for performance and cost efficiency.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Data Services (Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake).

Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance required.
