Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth, focusing on core responsibilities and key performance indicators.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing relationships and building strong client connections.
Team Management
- Lead a team of relationship managers, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure achievement of business targets and profitability.
- Align team members with company goals, promoting collaboration and effective communication.
Industry Governance
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor intelligence, and regulatory requirements, providing valuable insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales through a network of DSA by effectively managing connector and builder relationships.
- Retain and expand customer base for home loan and LAP channel, ensuring repeat business or referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong liaisons with clients for repeat business or referrals.
- Ensure files are processed from login stage to disbursement, liaising with internal departments for completion.
