Job Title: Key Account Manager

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth, focusing on core responsibilities and key performance indicators.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing relationships and building strong client connections.

Team Management

  • Lead a team of relationship managers, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure achievement of business targets and profitability.
  • Align team members with company goals, promoting collaboration and effective communication.

Industry Governance

  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor intelligence, and regulatory requirements, providing valuable insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize sales through a network of DSA by effectively managing connector and builder relationships.
  • Retain and expand customer base for home loan and LAP channel, ensuring repeat business or referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong liaisons with clients for repeat business or referrals.
  • Ensure files are processed from login stage to disbursement, liaising with internal departments for completion.
