Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and monitoring of various security tools, including DLP, EDR, SIEM, MFA, VMDR, WAF, PAM, Micro-segmentation, etc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and ensure compliance with new SEBI directions and CERT In Regulations
  • Develop and implement an effective Cyber Third-Party Risk Management Framework
  • Monitor and respond to information security incidents in a timely and efficient manner
  • Implement and maintain business continuity management policies and procedures
  • Ensure data privacy control implementation and monitoring under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act and Framework
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement information security strategies and plans
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in implementing and managing security tools, including DLP, EDR, SIEM, MFA, VMDR, WAF, PAM, Micro-segmentation, etc.
  • Proven track record of implementing and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including SEBI directions and CERT In Regulations
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex security threats and develop effective mitigation strategies
