Leadership Opportunity in Network and Enterprise Cyber Security

The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of Network and Cyber Security delivery, ensuring customer needs are met through effective resource planning, staffing strategies, cost estimation, budget development, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations, overseeing a team of 350+ professionals.
  • Develop, implement, and improve the Network and Enterprise Cyber Security strategy in alignment with Service Line goals.
  • Oversee service planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Drive operational excellence, monitoring performance metrics to assess effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with other leads and the global Network and Enterprise Cyber Security team to share best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
  • Support career pathway creation and updates to increase organizational skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, policies, and ESG principles.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Several years of IT experience, preferably in network or cyber security, with leadership or management experience.
  • Deep understanding of the Network and Enterprise Cyber Security industry, including latest trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Strong leadership skills, including talent management, decision-making, and problem-solving.
  • Experience in managing client relationships, delivering high-quality service.
  • Knowledge of operational best practices, including process improvement and performance metrics.
  • Understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing change, including implementing new processes and systems.
  • Cultural awareness and ability to manage multicultural teams or work with international clients.
