Job Title : Cyber Security Strategist

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Cyber Security Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our security leadership, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing infrastructure security strategies, policies, and procedures that safeguard our organization's networks, systems, and data from internal and external threats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement robust security controls across on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Lead the design and enforcement of security frameworks to ensure optimal risk management.
  • Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and application teams to embed security into infrastructure projects.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
  • Oversee third-party security assessments and vendor risk management to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Prepare and present security reports and metrics to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements
  • Must have a strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Network Security Operations is a must.
  • Experience with SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, Application Security, OT/IoT Security, and vulnerability management tools is essential.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
