Transformation Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate transformative activities across multiple business units.

This role involves strategic planning, effective communication, and developing targeted materials to drive successful adoption.

  • Support change initiatives for multiple digital transformation projects.
  • Maintain and update organizational knowledge platforms.
  • Analyze stakeholder feedback to enhance communication strategies.
  • Monitor and track communication reach, engagement, and adoption metrics.

The ideal candidate will have experience in change management methodologies, excellent writing and storytelling skills, and expertise in instructional design.

The position requires high emotional intelligence, adaptability, and project planning skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, and intranet tools is necessary.
