Job Role Overview

The Investor Relations Research Associate is a pivotal role in our organization, playing a key part in supporting the Investor Relations department by generating high-quality investor calls and conducting research on fundraising entities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional research skills, proficiency in online research tools, strong communication and organizational abilities, and an interest in finance or market research.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations into investor and company profiles to support fundraising initiatives
  • Develop, schedule, and manage introductory calls for the Investor Relations team
  • Monitor fundraising trends, investor preferences, and deal flow
  • Maintain CRM systems and update research findings daily
  • Support senior colleagues with targeted lead generation

Requirements:

  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English
  • A research-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented approach
  • Skilled in online research tools, Apollo, or similar platforms
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Interest in finance, investment, or market research

KPIs & Performance Expectations:

  • Generate a minimum of 25 introduction calls per week (100 per month)
  • Present regular research updates daily and weekly through reports to the Manager
  • Adhere strictly to scheduled calls and company calendar
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a dynamic research culture
