Job Summary

The Performance Specialist will identify and gather necessary non-functional requirements.

They will derive NFR-based stats from discussions with Business & Architects.

And create scenario plans for performance tests.

The specialist will work with JMeter (API) , LoadRunner (UI) , and other tools to conduct performance testing.

Monitoring using Appd /Graphana tools.

Providing well-written documentation to stakeholders.

  • Identify and gather necessary non-functional requirements.
  • Derive NFR-based stats from discussions with Business & Architects.
  • Create scenario plans for performance tests.
  • Work with JMeter (API) , LoadRunner (UI) , and other tools to conduct performance testing.
  • Monitor using Appd /Graphana tools.
  • Provide well-written documentation to stakeholders.
  • Conduct performance testing for on-premises and cloud-based software solutions.
  • Hands on experience in Test Estimation, Test Data Setup, and Defect Management.
  • Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, Jenkins, or GitLab etc.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in testing concepts/standards & Agile methodology.
  • Basic knowledge on infra capacity planning.
  • Experience in Banking domain.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure & performance metrics.
