We are seeking an experienced developer to join our digital solutions team. This role involves designing, developing and maintaining content management and collaboration platforms that support enterprise-wide business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain web-based solutions using Akumina CMS and SharePoint Online/Server.
  • Customize SharePoint sites, workflows and web parts to integrate with Akumina CMS.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure seamless content migration and synchronization between Akumina CMS and SharePoint.
  • Implement security protocols, user permissions and governance policies across both platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMS and SharePoint performance and functionality.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and user guides.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in both Akumina CMS and SharePoint.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in SharePoint development (SharePoint Online, 2016/2019).
  • Experience working with Akumina CMS.
  • Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs and PowerShell.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections and permissions.
  • Experience with integrating third-party systems into SharePoint.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft SharePoint certifications.
  • Experience with Office 365, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with enterprise content governance and compliance.
