Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to oversee the development and management of our digital hub that serves healthcare professionals.

This role involves working closely with the development team to ensure that our products meet business requirements, are technically sound, and are delivered on time.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and development team
  • Work closely with development team to create and prioritize product backlog items.
  • Ensure that all product requirements are clearly defined and documented.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to create user stories and wireframes.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends in the healthcare industry.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet technical and business requirements for marketing technology products.
  • Manage the product roadmap and release schedule for marketing technology products.
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product quality and user experience for marketing technology products.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology company.
  • Strong technical background with experience in software development processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in Agile development methodology and tools such as JIRA.
Technical Expertise:
  • Must have experience in digital technologies of B2C/B2B/E-commerce websites, CMS, cloud DB, CRM, integration & other API services, web analytics, SEO, mobile apps development.
  • Understanding/Expertise of ETL tools, Data Lake, and dashboard visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI.
  • Maintains superior technical expertise in the above areas and can visualize opportunities.
  • Anticipates and avoids technical problems whiles quickly identifying root causes and implementing solution/workarounds.

Other requirements include being calm under pressure, having a sense of urgency, and excellent relationship management skills.
