Job Title:

Production Operations Supervisor

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless production processes and effectively managing a team of shift in-charges. This includes creating detailed plans for shifts, overseeing the assembly production line of mobile phones, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective Team Management: Handling teams of shift in-charges to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Shift Planning: Preparing detailed plans for shifts to meet production targets.
