We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to manage all legal and compliance matters for our organization.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, affidavits, and applications with attention to detail.
  • They will handle compliance-related work across corporate, real estate, and regulatory matters with precision and timeliness.
  • The Senior Legal Professional will represent the company in legal proceedings, hearings, and government offices when required, providing strategic legal advice to management on various transactions and disputes.
  • Maintaining organized legal records and case files is also an essential aspect of this role, ensuring seamless coordination with senior advocates, external counsel, and consultants.
  • The ideal candidate will also be responsible for monitoring changes in relevant laws/regulations and keeping management updated, identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in law (LLM preferred but not mandatory).
  • Enrollment as an advocate with the Bar Council of India is also required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, compliance, or corporate law (real estate exposure preferred) is necessary.
  • The successful candidate should possess strong drafting, research, and analytical skills, with excellent communication and coordination skills to work with senior lawyers.
