Job Description

We are seeking a mid-level legal professional to join our Corporate Counsel team with a primary focus on real estate and property law.

  • The role involves end-to-end management of property transactions, including drafting, negotiation, due diligence, and compliance. This includes drafting, vetting, and negotiating leave and license agreements, lease agreements, sale deeds, MOUs, and title documents.
  • Our ideal candidate will provide legal support for property acquisitions, rentals, and disposals, including due diligence and risk assessment.
  • They must ensure compliance with local real estate laws, including RERA, municipal, and development authority regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • LLB degree with 4–10 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong exposure to real estate, property law, and conveyancing.
  • Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating leave & license agreements, lease deeds, and sale transactions.
  • Working knowledge of RERA, municipal, and development authority regulations.
  • Experience handling property registrations, title verification, stamp duty, and due diligence processes.
  • Ability to liaise with government authorities and external counsel effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in maintaining legal trackers, records, and documentation.
  • Excellent English proficiency (verbal and written).
