Technical Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled M365 Application Stack Expert with expertise in Exchange, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 corporate collaboration environments.

  • A university degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification is essential.
  • A minimum of five years' experience administering Exchange, SharePoint, and M365 corporate collaboration environments is required.
Main Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the following:

  • M365 Application Stack
  • Exchange Online and hybrid designs
  • Messaging Hygiene and Security designs
  • Mail and SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive migration architectures
  • Microsoft Active Directory, routing protocols, DNS, Certificates (request & renewal)
  • M365 application management: SharePoint Online, OneDrive, MS Teams, Viva tools, Copilot, integrations
  • Security features, including email encryption, spam filtering, authentication protocols, Data Loss Prevention
  • Scripting and PowerShell
  • Migrations, including tenant to tenant migrations concepts
  • Familiarity with at least one tool (ShareGate / AvePoint / Metalogix)

  • Azure stack
  • Azure tenant setup, Creation of subscriptions, resource management
  • Azure components/services
  • PaaS services (Azure functions, App Services, exchange components, etc.)

  • Proactive use of Amadeus tools to monitor sites & apps
  • Basic SQL Administration tasks
