Job Description

We are seeking an experienced WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins, as well as the ability to turn project requirements into functional, responsive websites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Custom WordPress Themes and Plugins: Create custom WordPress themes and plugins as per project requirements.
  • Maintain and Update Existing WordPress Websites: Ensure existing WordPress websites are up-to-date and running smoothly.
  • Optimize Websites for Performance, Speed, and SEO Best Practices: Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO best practices to improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with Designers, Developers, and Project Managers: Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality web solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Website Issues and Bugs: Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs in a timely manner.
  • Integrate Third-Party APIs and Services: Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance website functionality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Related Field: A bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Professional Experience in WordPress Development: 1–3 years of professional experience in WordPress development.
  • Strong Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL: Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
  • Experience with Popular Page Builders: Experience with popular page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
  • Good Understanding of Responsive Design Principles and Cross-Browser Compatibility: Good understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Familiarity with Version Control Systems: Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
