Webflow Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Webflow developer to join our team. As a key contributor, you will work closely with our marketing team to create high-quality web experiences that focus on conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites, expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with in-house designers and the marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts.
  • Monitor site performance and run regular audits.
  • Measure conversion, traffic, bounce, and more, and provide directional suggestions to the team.
  • Create innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using your expertise.
  • Work with content, design, and product teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the space.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO principles.
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations.
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development.
