Senior Frontend Developer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Frontend Developer to lead our frontend team and drive the development of a high-performance web application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership & Execution: Lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable UI features, collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers, and contribute to full-stack development when needed.
  • Team Mentorship & Code Quality: Guide and support junior and mid-level developers through mentorship and code reviews, establish and enforce coding standards, modular design practices, and component reuse.
  • Frontend Development & Integration: Develop responsive, maintainable UIs using React.js, Vue.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript, work with modern state management libraries, build and maintain shared component libraries and internal design systems.
  • Performance, Accessibility, and Testing: Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and accessibility, implement and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior across screen sizes.

About this role:

  • This is a senior position that requires significant experience in frontend development.
  • You will be responsible for leading the frontend team and driving the development of a high-performance web application.
  • You will work closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • You will contribute to full-stack development when needed, and collaborate on complex technical problems.
  • You will also guide and support junior and mid-level developers through mentorship and code reviews.
  • You will establish and enforce coding standards, modular design practices, and component reuse.
