Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with strong experience in thermal/hydro power plants (renewables a plus) to lead high-impact risk assessments and technical evaluations for top-tier energy clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed risk surveys at power generation facilities
  • Deliver actionable risk reports with loss estimates & improvement plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, Operations, and Insurance
  • Support new project reviews and international risk placements
  • Work closely with business leaders, from engineers to CXOs

Requirements:

  • 8–15 years in Operations/Maintenance in power plants
  • Strong grip on technical audits, risk analysis, and reporting
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Mechanical Engineering degree (IIT/NIT preferred)
