Business Data Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to help us develop and maintain systems for organizing critical business data, such as product, customer, and supplier information. This role requires someone who understands both the technical setup and collaboration with clients and team members to deliver reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize data management solutions using Stibo STEP platform.
  • Develop and manage data models (structures that define how information is stored and linked).
  • Design and implement integration methods between Stibo and other systems (using APIs, ETL tools, or web services).
  • Collaborate with the team to identify optimal technical solutions and guide them in development.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain solutions in simple terms.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to data quality, performance, or integration.
  • Support teams in setting up and configuring the Stibo STEP platform.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience working with Stibo STEP MDM.
  • Strong knowledge of Java or JavaScript for customization.
  • Experience in data integration (ETL, REST APIs, web services).
  • Hands-on knowledge of databases (SQL) and common data formats like XML, JSON, CSV.
  • Understanding of data models and how systems store information.
  • Ability to use coding/debugging tools (like an IDE).
  • Bonus: Stibo STEP Certification or knowledge of Informatica PIM.
