Digital Marketing Manager Position

As a Digital Growth Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing cross-functional strategies to drive business growth through digital channels. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance and digital marketing, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands. They must demonstrate success in managing large-scale ad budgets and consistently achieving ROI targets.

The role requires expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and e-commerce performance platforms. Additionally, experience executing and scaling marketing efforts in global markets with cultural and behavioral understanding of international consumers is essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute full-funnel campaigns to optimize for ROAS and CAC
  • Manage and scale campaigns in international markets, tailoring messaging and creatives to regional insights
  • Build and optimize email and messaging automation flows for launches, engagement, and retention using segmentation and personalization
  • Improve landing pages, product detail pages, and checkout flows through ongoing experimentation and UX refinement
  • Oversee ad campaigns on third-party e-commerce platforms, ensuring ad spend efficiency and revenue performance
  • Manage influencer partnerships, track performance, and enhance outcomes from creator-led campaigns and whitelisted ads
  • Coordinate paid strategies with organic growth for holistic performance outcomes
  • Manage external agency relationships to ensure smooth execution and strategic alignment
  • Work with design and content teams to produce effective ad creatives tailored to segmented audiences
