Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Vendor Master Data Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in English and a proven track record working with SAP (ERP, MDG, S/4HANA) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating, maintaining, and validating vendor master records to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and regulations.
  • Ensuring alignment with global procurement standards and core competencies.
  • Collaborating with procurement, finance, and compliance teams to achieve business objectives and drive process improvements.

Core Competencies:

  • Vendor onboarding and lifecycle management
  • SAP (ECC, MDG, or S/4HANA) Master Data transactions and integration
  • Data quality management and cleansing, including P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes
  • Strong analytical and communication skills in English, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable Experience:

  • End-to-end vendor master data maintenance across multiple regions and countries
  • Ensuring compliance with SOX, GDPR, and internal audit standards, with a focus on data security and risk management
  • Supporting integration projects, such as mergers and system migrations, and ensuring seamless data transition
