As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our learners have a seamless experience. This includes driving end-to-end program execution, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, managing learner onboarding and communication, analyzing program data, and resolving queries efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Program Execution: Schedule, track, and report on program progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, faculty, and external partners to meet project timelines.
  • Learner Onboarding: Manage the entire onboarding process, from registration to program completion.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze program data to identify areas for improvement and provide insights to drive growth.
  • Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for learners, responding to queries and concerns promptly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Any field of study is acceptable.
  • Experience: 0-4 years in customer support, program coordination, or operations (fresh graduates with strong communication and analytical skills are welcome).
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data handling.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
