Job Description:

About the Role

As a seasoned data privacy consultant, you will be responsible for spearheading our organization's global data protection framework.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with relevant data protection laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities include drafting and reviewing data processing agreements, updating policies and processes, and managing internal data privacy policies and training programs.

Additionally, you will provide expert guidance on global data protection laws and their requirements, advising on risk assessments and mitigation strategies.

Other key tasks include conducting data protection impact assessments, managing data inventory, and handling enquiries and issues relating to data privacy practices.

As a forward-thinking professional, you should be aware of the latest technologies and industry trends related to data privacy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in data privacy consulting or a related field
  • Expert knowledge of data protection laws and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
