Key Responsibilities:

* Design and implement high-performance, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
* Oversee development activities, code reviews, and solution architecture to ensure adherence to best practices
* Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
* Guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing technical leadership and direction
* Ensure effective use of Salesforce APIs, APEX, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for integration and extension
* Optimize DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and release management for a medium-sized team (6-10 engineers)
* Manage AppExchange package development, installation, and maintenance
* Develop and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines

Required Qualifications & Experience:

* 7+ years of Salesforce development experience, including APEX, Visualforce, LWC, and Java
* Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, data modeling, and security
* Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System and application lifecycle management
* Expertise in DevOps and CI/CD pipeline structuring for Salesforce development teams
* Hands-on experience with AppExchange package development and deployment
* Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and general web development principles
* Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II or equivalent certification
* Ability to analyze, design, and deliver complex Salesforce solutions
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Strong communication skills and ability to present solutions to stakeholders

Desirable Qualifications:

* Additional Salesforce certifications such as Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Platform App Builder, or JavaScript Developer I
* Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and related technologies
* Competency in other programming languages such as XML, .NET, SQL, C++, and Java
* Prior experience leading and managing a team
* Active participation in the Salesforce community and continuous learning mindset
