The Salesforce Solution Architect will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, its capabilities, and best practices, along with strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architectural design and development of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business needs, technical requirements, and scalability goals.

- Develop technical specifications, design documents, and solution blueprints.

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate Salesforce features, functionalities, and third-party applications to meet business requirements.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, including sales, marketing, service, and other departments, to understand their needs and translate them into clear and actionable requirements.

- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement through Salesforce implementation.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Salesforce development team, ensuring the quality and consistency of the solutions.

- Mentor and coach junior team members on Salesforce development best practices and architectural principles.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and approaches to enhance the Salesforce platform.

- Oversee and guide the implementation and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring successful and timely delivery.

- Collaborate with implementation partners and vendors as needed.

- Participate in the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the stability and reliability of the solutions.

- Design and oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems and applications.

- Develop and manage data migration strategies and ensure data integrity.

- Monitor the performance of Salesforce solutions and identify areas for optimization.

- Implement strategies to improve system performance, scalability, and security.

- Effectively communicate technical solutions and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, project managers, and business users.

Requirements :

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, leading complex Salesforce implementations.

- Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other relevant clouds.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and data migration strategies.

- Experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, etc.).

- Experience with integration technologies and APIs.

- Experience with Agile methodologies.

Desired Skills :

Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect certification is highly preferred. Other relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Administrator, Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant).
