Job Description - Salesforce Architect

• Total experience should be 8+years, minimum of 5+ years of experience with architect in Salesforce, including expertise in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Integration Expertise: Strong experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems, especially SAP, RedHat Fuse middleware, websites, and digital platforms  
• Experience with RedHat Fuse or similar middleware technologies for system integration, message brokering, and API management.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions and architectures using Salesforce and other cloud platforms.
• Technical Proficiency in Salesforce architecture, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, RESTful APIs, and integration tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or Dell Boomi.
• Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) are highly preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with business stakeholders, technical teams, and executives.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and come up with effective solutions.
• Agile Methodology in experience working in agile environments, including familiarity with Scrum and DevOps methodologies.

·       Will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, integrated Salesforce solutions that include Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, RedHat Fuse middleware, and other third-party systems such as SAP, websites, and digital platforms.

·        You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure the successful deployment of integrated solutions that align with business objectives.

• Salesforce Architecture Design: Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integration with third-party platforms like SAP, RedHat Fuse middleware, websites, and digital platforms.
• Integration Strategy: Develop and implement integration strategies to connect Salesforce with various third-party systems including SAP, RedHat Fuse middleware, and digital platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation across systems.
• Design and deploy cloud-based solutions that integrate Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud with internal and external platforms to streamline operations and improve business processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery. Review code, design documents, and solutions to ensure alignment with best practices and Salesforce standards.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and IT teams, to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Oversee Salesforce customizations, configurations, and Lightning Experience implementations, ensuring they are aligned with business requirements.
• Design and develop robust integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications like SAP, RedHat Fuse, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Ensure that Salesforce solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and security. Regularly monitor and optimize system performance, data integration, and user experience.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation for Salesforce solutions, including architectural diagrams, data flows, integration models, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with internal security policies and industry standards, particularly for sensitive customer data and integration with external systems.
• Provide ongoing support for post-deployment issues and enhancements, including troubleshooting and resolving complex integration problems between Salesforce and third-party systems.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Field Service Lightning is a plus.
• Experience in implementing Salesforce Community Cloud and knowledge of Salesforce DX is a bonus.
• Familiarity with cloud-native development and APIs, containerized services, and microservices architecture.
