Financial Operations Specialist

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a part-time bookkeeper to manage our financial operations. As an integral member of the finance department, you will be responsible for tracking company expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts, and other financial dealings.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks. A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required, along with at least three years of experience in a related field.
About the Role:
- Manage company finances, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of payroll and timely payment and reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.
- Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly, and yearly) to stakeholders.
- Maintain records of company expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts, and other financial dealings.
Key Responsibilities:**
- Track company expenses and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment and reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
Additional Requirements:**
- A commitment of three days per week is required.
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable dealing with financial data and able to work independently.
