Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our finance team as a Financial Operations Specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity for candidates with 3–4 years of accounting experience to take ownership of end-to-end finance operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Record and post accounting entries in Tally software.
  • Perform bank and vendor reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Manage GST, TDS, and other tax compliance filings and payments efficiently.
  • Maintain general ledgers and ensure timely and accurate reconciliations.
  • Oversee cash management to minimize financial risks.
  • Process payroll and handle salary administration with precision.
  • Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage vendor payments and maintain related documentation effectively.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements for internal and external reviews.
  • Assist in audit processes with required documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience, including accounting entries, tax compliance, and vendor payments.
  • Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation systems.
  • Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
