Job Title: Wellness Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Wellness Coach to deliver high-quality fitness classes onboard luxury cruise lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide engaging and informative fitness sessions to guests.
  • Develop and conduct internationally recognized training programs for staff and guests.
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues and guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Hold a recognized Personal Trainer Certification.
  • Have experience and knowledge of pilates and/or yoga, with a minimum of 6 months working in a leading spa or salon.
  • Demonstrate strong English communication skills, as well as excellent sales and customer service abilities.
  • Be an energetic, outgoing, and team-oriented individual with a strong desire to succeed.
