Operational Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Operational Onboarding Specialist to join our team.

This role will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our customers, from initial implementation to ongoing support and training.

You will serve as the key point of contact for our clients, building relationships and trust through expert guidance and support.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Additionally, you should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of success in onboarding and implementing complex software solutions.

You should also have advanced knowledge of SaaS and cloud-based software environments, as well as experience with APIs and webhooks.

Other essential qualifications include:

  • A builder mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical problems and find creative solutions
  • Experience running projects with variable roadmaps and checklists that require customization for each client's unique situation
