Role Overview

Aimlay is a global educational support service dedicated to empowering working professionals and learners.

We partner with renowned universities worldwide to provide accessible education, offering courses from Matriculation to PhD.

The Onboarding Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with partner universities, facilitating onboarding processes, and supporting students through their journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in international university onboarding
  1. Sales Strategy: Develop a sales plan to achieve acquisition targets and expand our footprint in the university market.
  2. University Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and acquire new university partners, presenting our product offerings.
  3. Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at universities, including administrators and decisionmakers.
  4. Customized Solutions: Work closely with universities to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that address their challenges.
  5. Negotiation: Lead MOU negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

This role involves coordinating with university representatives, handling administrative duties, and ensuring alignment with mission and values.
