Talent Acquisition Management entails end-to-end recruiting tasks including job order assignment submissions interviews onboarding follow-up and placement. Key responsibilities include:

Team Leadership
  • Manage the recruitment team to perform assigned tasks.
  • Train and counsel recruiters on sourcing techniques recruitment strategy and process administration.

To ensure target staffing and hiring is met customer interaction is crucial for submitting resumes coordinating interviews and closing hires. Effective vendor management and proposal support are also essential.

The Talent Acquisition Manager must work with sub-vendors and contractors manage referral candidates and utilize project-based candidates efficiently. Periodic updates should be provided to the CEO regarding sales and talent acquisition targets.
