We are seeking a proactive professional to spearhead our recruitment efforts. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organization's growth and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing and recruiting high-calibre candidates across multiple sectors, with a focus on technology.
- Developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to meet our workforce needs.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure seamless candidate experiences.
- Utilizing an ATS system to manage the recruitment process.
- Building relationships with internal and external networks to identify potential candidates.
- 3-5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing busy recruitment desks.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- IT literate with proficiency in MS Office applications.
