Job Title: AI-Powered Engineer Lead Opportunity

We are expanding our engineering team to enhance our next-generation AI-powered platform that delivers interactive, role-based experiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead architecture, development, and integration of AI-driven workflows and interactive experiences.
  2. Work with product leadership to translate high-level concepts into robust technical solutions.
  3. Implement multi-layered AI orchestration using frameworks like LangChain, vector databases, and memory systems.
  4. Ensure seamless integration between front-end, backend, and AI components.
  5. Manage timelines and deliverables while maintaining high code quality.
  6. Recruit and lead additional engineering talent as the team grows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7–12 years in full-stack engineering with proven AI/ML integration experience.
  • Experience building SaaS or simulation-based platforms (edtech, gaming, workflow automation).
  • Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React / Next.js, Firebase (or equivalent backend stack).
  • Strong understanding of AI orchestration (LangChain, OpenAI APIs, embeddings, vector databases).
  • Experience designing scalable architectures and leading technical teams.
  • Ability to build fast MVPs without sacrificing scalability and performance.
