Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our Information Technology team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our business objectives and technological solutions, ensuring that IT projects meet business needs and requirements.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of business analysis principles and practices, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They'll be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders, gather and analyze data, and support the implementation of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Conduct Interviews: Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs.
  • Translate Requirements: Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Analysis and Documentation: Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create Documentation: Develop functional and technical documentation, including use cases, process flows, and data models.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Business Analysis Tools: Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience, plus benefits that include health insurance, retirement savings, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Our estimated salary for this position is $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of our offices.
