Job Description

At Vidhema Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior E-Commerce Developer to join our team. As a Magento expert, you will be responsible for building and configuring Magento 1x and 2x eCommerce websites and mobile applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing Magento modules in PHP using best practices.
  • Modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces.
  • Directing system testing and validation procedures.
  • Directing software programming and documentation development.
  • Working with customers or departments on technical issues including software system design and maintenance.
  • Analyzing information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system.
  • Consulting with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
  • Designing and developing software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and design consequences.
  • Preparing reports on programming project specifications, activities, or status.
  • Conferring with project managers to obtain information on limitations or capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree.
  • Knowledge of the software development life-cycle.
  • The desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent knowledge & hands on experience in Magento 1x and 2x
  • Depth knowledge of Magento CMS, PHP5, AJAX, JQuery, Javascript, OOPs. HTML5, CSS3.
  • Work in RESTful web services, client- side applications AJAX- driven including Advanced JavaScript architectures,
  • Excellent at MYSQL Queries & Stored procedures. LAMP
  • Magento theme integration & Customization.
  • Magento website performance, security and speed monitoring.
  • Develop complex and high end international web applications.
  • Expert in writing quality code following web standards and unit testing.
  • Should be able to work on new and support projects.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Hands on experience on customization of Magento Themes, Magento Modules Development, Extension Development .
