Job Opportunity: Design Project Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Design Project Manager to lead our designing efforts, overseeing the productivity and work output of a team of designers. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for imparting training and leading discussions on designs to ensure top-notch results.

  • Design Management Responsibilities:
  • Manage the design process for 12-15 projects monthly.
  • Oversee the work output of a team of 6-10 designers.
  • Drive customer experience and relationship management initiatives.
  • Ensure positive outcomes on design Net Promoter Surveys (customer ratings).
  • Provide training on technical details and facilitate design discussions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field; Master's degree or specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management is preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience as an Interior Designer/Project Manager.
  • Track Record: Proven experience in leading and delivering at least 10 residential/interior projects (end-to-end project management).
