Company Overview Jio is the driving force behind India s leading telecom operator serving over 400 million customers With headquarters in Navi Mumbai Maharashtra we lead the Media Telecommunications industry by providing a range of solutions for both B2C and B2B markets Our innovative 5G solutions digital apps and services deliver exceptional engagement and usability showcasing our commitment to cutting-edge technology and user experience Learn more at Job Overview We are seeking a mid-level Project Manager for our operations in Bhubaneswar This full-time position is integral to ensuring successful project delivery in alignment with organizational goals requiring strategic planning execution and continuous engagement with stakeholders The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and management skills within a fast-paced environment Qualifications and Skills Project Planning Mandatory skill Ability to devise comprehensive project plans ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and efficient resource utilization Service management Mandatory skill Expertise in managing service delivery with a focus on maintaining quality and achieving client satisfaction Stakeholder Communication Proficient in engaging and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders across all project phases Budget Management Capable of developing and overseeing budgets ensuring that financial resources are optimally allocated throughout the project lifecycle Resource Allocation Skilled in distributing resources efficiently to maximize productivity and achieve project goals Quality Assurance Ensuring all projects meet quality standards and adhering to industry regulations thereby guaranteeing successful delivery Time Management Effectively managing time lines to ensure projects are completed on schedule and scope changes are managed appropriately Team Leadership Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and inspire team members to achieve high performance and project success Roles and Responsibilities Coordinate with cross-functional teams to design plan and execute projects in alignment with business goals and client expectations Develop detailed project plans timelines and communication strategies that facilitate seamless execution and delivery Manage all aspects of the project budget including allocation monitoring and reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility Communicate with stakeholders and manage relationships to ensure transparent project development and problem resolution Oversee resource allocation to maintain efficiency and project momentum throughout the project lifecycle Lead quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet company standards and client requirements Facilitate team collaboration and act as a mentor to guide professional growth and project performance improvement Proactively identify project risks develop mitigation strategies and implement contingency plans to minimize impacts
