We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager Civil to oversee and manage the execution of our upcoming residential project from start to finish in Bhubaneswar and Sambalpur. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, Site Execution and Supervision, and effective coordination among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end execution of residential building projects, ensuring adherence to design, quality, and timelines.

Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and update stakeholders.

Manage site teams, including engineers, supervisors, contractors, and vendors.

Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications in line with IS codes & NBC standards.

Ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols at all stages.

Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure smooth integration of services.

Monitor and control project budgets, material usage, and wastage.

Handle client, consultant, and contractor communication effectively.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports for management review.

Resolve site issues, design conflicts, and execution challenges prom & responsibilities
