Civil Estmator

Company Description

We are Raj Technical Services, a technical services consultancy for buildings and infra projects, seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented civil estimator with minimum 2-4 yrs of experience in billing and estimation.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Estimator located in Bhubaneswar. The Civil Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for civil engineering projects. This includes analyzing project requirements, interpreting blueprints and technical documents, conducting site visits, and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers. The Civil Estimator will also be tasked with maintaining records of estimated and actual project costs, preparing timely reports, and collaborating with project managers to ensure budgets are adhered to.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing cost estimates and analyzing project requirements
• Experience with blueprint interpretation, technical documents, and site visits
• Ability to coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Familiarity with maintaining records and preparing reports
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience in civil engineering projects is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
