E-Learning Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of eLearning courses.
Responsibilities:
- Verify the quality of audio production, including voice talent reading storyboards accurately with proper inflection, speed, and pronunciation.
- Confirm that text transcripts are formatted correctly and synchronized with audio.
- Check graphics and on-screen text for spelling, grammar, and formatting issues.
- Ensure interactivities, such as quizzes and knowledge checks, function as described in the storyboard.
- Test courses in various browsers and confirm that player menu items work as expected.
- Confirm LMS testing, including course uploads, assignment to test users, and tracking of progress.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain data confidentiality and security.
- Experience with web-based database search and retrieval techniques.
- Bachelors/Master degree in Computer Science or comparable work experience.
- 2+ years' experience in Quality Analysis.
