**Software Quality Assurance Specialist**

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to prioritize testing efforts and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

The role also requires developing and maintaining comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of software applications. Additionally, the candidate will identify and document reproducible issues, and work closely with the development team to resolve these issues.

The minimum requirements for this role include 6+ years of total IT experience in software testing or a related field. Experience in data migration projects, data lake testing, and automation tools such as Selenium is highly desirable. Excellent communication and technical skills are required for this position.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to learn and adapt to new technologies and testing methodologies. They should be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test software applications to identify defects and report them to the development team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize testing efforts and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of software applications.
