IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and passionate IT infrastructure specialist to join our team. Our company has been serving the transportation industry with safe, reliable, and advanced mobility solutions for over 25 years.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, and minimizing downtime.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as an IT administrator or similar role, proficiency in Windows Server, AD, GPO, and Office 365 administration, and basic knowledge of server hardware, virtualization, and cloud technologies.

  • Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and user account lifecycle
  • Administer and troubleshoot Windows servers OS (2016/2019/2022), desktops, and enterprise applications
  • Implement IT security policies, patch management, and data backup strategies
  • Support networking, IPBX systems, and endpoint devices to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience as an IT administrator or similar role
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, AD, GPO, and Office 365 administration
  • Basic knowledge of server hardware, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud (Azure/AWS)
  • Working knowledge of scripting (PowerShell/Bash) for automation is a plus
  • Familiarity with endpoint security, email management, and user support
  • Problem-solving mindset with eagerness to grow into AI and automation domains
