Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, collaborating with internal and external teams, and analyzing architectural and engineering drawings to create solution proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage market insights to identify potential business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project specifications and proposals that align with local guidelines
  • Develop and maintain a database of project opportunities and manage project stages from identification to receipt of order

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field
  • 3-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the home automation, building, construction, lighting, automation, furniture, flooring, or home accessories industry
  • Prior experience in specification of projects to architects/consultants and managing commercial projects
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
