Job Title: HR & Admin Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled HR and Admin professional to join our team. As an HR & Admin Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and driving employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding and Integration: Design and execute comprehensive induction programs for new joiners, ensuring they feel welcome and integrated into the team.
  • Employee Engagement Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, including regular check-ins, team-building activities, and cultural events.
  • Performance Evaluations: Manage performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance individual growth and development.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication throughout the organization.
  • Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews to identify retention opportunities and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with corporate Learning and Development (L&D) and Talent Acquisition (TA) teams to develop training programs and initiatives that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Facility Management: Oversee facility management, space allocation, and interior design to ensure a productive work environment that meets the needs of all employees.
  • Sustainability and Safety: Ensure efficient use of resources by tracking power consumption and implementing energy-saving measures, while maintaining fire and safety protocols, including access control, CCTV systems, and emergency preparedness.
  • Cafeteria Operations: Oversee cafeteria operations and inventory management to provide a convenient and healthy dining experience for employees.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with local regulations, ensuring building and lift approvals are up to date.
