Job Title: Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with experience in managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Record Management: Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential financial risks.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the finance team to achieve financial goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Accounting Certification: Possess a recognized accounting certification, such as CPA or CMA.
  • Experience in Accounting Software: Proficient in using accounting software, including Tally ERP.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve financial issues.
