Role Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our education centers.
This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to counsel walk-in and telephonic inquiries, provide guidance on courses and products, and ensure timely delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving sales and revenue growth through proactive outreach and engagement with customers.
- Counseling walk-in and telephonic inquiries to provide personalized guidance on courses and products.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Faculty members to ensure smooth functioning of classes.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Providing exceptional customer experience through consistent communication and follow-up.
Required Candidate Profile:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in counseling, handling sales in the education sector or recent Graduate/Post-Graduate student from a premier college is required.
