As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting transactional opportunities of limited complexity in response to a high volume of formal tender and proactive bid requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will work independently and collaborate with internal teams to produce bid drafts and full submissions, utilizing standard templates and content that articulate the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • You will coordinate with sales and other key stakeholders to develop bids in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will provide timely, professional and customer-centric responses using a variety of tools including a content management system, intranet and cloud-based resources.
  • You will prepare and compile response documents, ensuring accuracy, readability and completeness.
  • You will manage multiple, simultaneous deadlines and ensure timely submission of responses.
  • You will maintain a central repository of bid documents and related materials.
  • You will perform draft reviews and edit documents for formatting, clarity, compliance and alignment with solution.
  • You will coordinate meetings with sales lead and other stakeholders to understand requirements, align understanding and clarify timelines.
  • You will ensure bid documents adhere to corporate brand, customer requirements, formatting and quality standards.
Requirements
  • A university degree in journalism, business or similar fields is preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years of bid coordination related experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English language is a must and a secondary regional language fluency is helpful.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask within a fast-paced, challenging and deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Familiarity with content management systems is helpful.
